Internet Marketing Ninjas Has Been Acquired by and Is Merging With Previsible

Twenty-six years ago, I was sitting in my kitchen, using a dial-up modem, when I started a little company called We Build Pages, later rebranded as Internet Marketing Ninjas. Very shortly after getting online, I was hooked on SEO and Internet marketing. My dream was to take what I loved and turn it into something that could support my family. I had no investors, no roadmap, and no idea how far this ride would go, but I knew I loved trying my best to rank websites as high as possible. I loved figuring out how search engines like Google worked and how I could help sites rise in the rankings. I loved seeing how businesses could grow when they ranked well.

Over the past 26 years, I have helped build a company that I am very proud of. I am proud of what we do, proud of the people on our Ninja team who make it happen, and proud of the clients we have had the privilege to serve. We have helped hundreds of businesses, worked with some of the best minds in the industry, and created a culture that lasts; the average team member has been with us about 14 years. I cannot thank our team enough for their loyalty and hard work.

Today, I am proud to share that Internet Marketing Ninjas has been acquired by and is merging with Previsible. This was not a decision I made lightly. When I met with Jordan, Tyson, and David from Previsible, I felt something I had not felt in a while: real excitement about the future of Internet marketing. They understand where search is headed with AI discovery, trust signals, and authority. They also respect where we have been as a company. They never wanted to replace us; they wanted to enhance us. I want to thank the Previsible team for believing in the Ninjas and for helping us level up everything we do.

I am happy to say that I am staying on, and I am working harder than I have in years. We are combining our deep SEO experience with modern AI strategies to help brands not just survive but lead in a fast-changing landscape. From Google AI Overviews to ChatGPT and beyond, we are building systems that ensure that brands are not only found but trusted.

Life on the Road: A Personal Note

On a personal level, the timing of this new chapter feels perfect. With my sons grown and out on their own, I sold the house last year and hit the road with Katey in a van and a fifth-wheel RV. For the past year and a half, I’ve been working on the road, traveling the country and revisiting places I first fell in love with in my 20s — places like Denali, Death Valley, Grand Teton, and Shenandoah. Before the company began, I worked in many national parks around the country, doing everything from washing dishes to bussing tables to line cooking and serving. Now, I get to return as a visitor, while still helping to steer the company I built from the ground up with the freedom that comes with Wi-Fi and a laptop.

It has been a full-circle kind of year. I’ve learned I really can work from anywhere, and no matter where I am, my love for this industry has not faded. If anything, it is stronger than ever.
