SparkToro is the audience research tool.
The platform has an index of public social and web profiles. The tool connects all the profiles behind one single entity to help you find amplifiers for your content and connect to them everywhere. SparkToro has about 85-90 million of those public profiles, each of which may consist of Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, Youtube accounts as well the websites associated with those.
You can search SparkToro by a keyword in those public bios. SparkToro will also let you analyze the demographics (gender, interests, career specifics, etc.) and behavior (hashtags, etc.) of the audience within any niche.
Using the tool, you can find which blogs your audience reads, which videos they watch and which podcasts they listen to.
SparkToro is useful when you are planning a PR, social and/or content marketing campaign and want to reach your audience through channels they prefer.
In a nutshell, SparkToro is also useful if you want to:
- Identify the sources of influence in your niche (publications, blogs, podcasts, Youtube channels etc.)
- Brainstorm content ideas that resonate with your audience
